About The Position

The Warehouseman - Logistics is responsible for the physical and computing flow of raw materials, supplies, and products during reception, dispatch, and internal flow operations. This role ensures the efficient movement of goods within the warehouse and supports production lines. The position requires adherence to quality, environmental, and safety procedures, as well as ethical conduct and confidentiality.

Requirements

Vocational Training/Technical School Certificate minimum strengthened by experience in industry.
Must hold a valid Driver License.
Basic knowledge of warehouse management rules.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. on an occasional daily basis.
Ability to lift/push/pull up to 50 lbs. on a constant/daily basis, including overhead.
Ability to use hands/arms for repetitive gripping, pushing, and pulling for the majority of the shift.
Ability to read and understand Work Instructions and Procedures and accurately perform the job.
Must be able to pass a Fit for Duty and Drug Screen prior to placement.
Able to provide at least 2 working references with dates, names, and phone numbers.
Have not been convicted of any violent felonious act.
Must pass an interview with the hiring team and the supervisor of the assigned shift.

Nice To Haves

Must hold or be able to obtain a forklift truck license.

Responsibilities

Manage deliveries and make received products available to various departments.
Handle supplier returns in collaboration with the Quality department.
Report and deal with delivery anomalies.
Generate component and raw material transfer orders.
Supply components and raw materials to production lines and evacuate finished products.
Participate in improving material flow.
Prepare orders according to transfer orders and ensure compliance with client requirements.
Ensure dispatch conformity.
Participate in warehouse stock takes.
Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse and workspace.
Apply all Quality, Environmental, and Safety (QSE) procedures and operating instructions.
Preserve secrecy and confidentiality of accessed systems and data.
Carry out Level 1 maintenance on raw materials equipment if required.
