About The Position

Marine Systems, Inc. is hiring a Warehouseman III for its Paducah, Kentucky facility. The position maintains inventory orders, location changes, and documentation, and ensures that appropriate paperwork is forwarded to the right personnel. Duties include picking and packing parts, receiving work, purchase, and inventory orders, processing cores for shipment to vendors, coordinating shipping, performing local parts deliveries and pickups, assisting with cycle counts, and general warehouse housekeeping. The role may include taking after-hours calls on a rotation with other warehouse employees.

Requirements

Ability to operate a forklift.

Nice To Haves

Oracle experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Pick and pack parts for all orders.
Receive work, purchase, and inventory orders.
Maintain inventory location changes and notify the Inventory Control Analyst as needed.
Process cores for shipment to vendors.
Complete inventory transaction documentation, including entering item number, quantity, and location and obtaining appropriate signatures for delivery and receipt of parts.
Forward appropriate paperwork and reports to the appropriate personnel.
Coordinate with shipping companies for customer orders and field service tools.
Maintain UPS tickets monthly, including current rates and fuel surcharges.
Assist with cycle counts.
Drive to deliver and pick up parts locally.
Take after-hours calls on rotation with other warehouse employees, as needed.
Perform general warehouse housekeeping.
Perform other duties as assigned.
