About the Role In this role, you’ll work closely with supportive Lead Personnel and Supervisors who are committed to helping you succeed. Every day brings something a little different — from operating forklifts to ensuring products are handled with care — and your contributions will play a key part in keeping our operations running smoothly.
Requirements
- A commitment to working safely and maintaining high quality standards
- Experience operating forklifts or similar warehouse equipment (or a willingness to learn)
- The ability to lift up to 40 lbs frequently and up to 50 lbs occasionally
- Comfort with physical activity: climbing stairs, bending, twisting, reaching, and standing or walking for long periods
- Reliability, attention to detail, and pride in doing things the right way
- A team‑focused attitude and willingness to help wherever needed
- Flexibility to work overtime when required (up to 64 hours/week)
- A dedication to following food safety policies and procedures
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a permanent basis. The company will not sponsor employment visas now or in the future
- Applicants must be able to read, write, speak, and comprehend English at a level necessary to perform the essential duties of the position.
Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment safely and confidently, including single and doublewide forklifts and yard tractors
- Load and unload semi‑trailers with accuracy and care
- Use bar‑code scanning equipment to track materials efficiently
- Monitor product and raw material quality, reporting any issues you spot
- Complete documentation with attention to detail
- Perform basic maintenance and minor repairs on equipment
- Keep your work area clean, organized, and safe
- Support production teams when needed
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and GMP guidelines — your safety matters to us
