About The Position

This position is responsible for performing all warehouse tasks, including receiving, pulling orders, inventory management, cycle counting, packaging, and shipping. The role involves ensuring parts are packaged correctly for stocking or shipping, dispatching inventory, preparing reports, inputting computer data, and maintaining inventory accuracy. The job also includes loading and unloading trucks using a forklift and adhering to all company policies, standard operating procedures, and safety practices.

Requirements

• High School diploma/GED
• Knowledge of internal warehouse practices and procedures
• Ability to communicate in English with coworkers and people from other departments in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to count accurately
• Attention to detail required
• Read work orders, sales orders, internal dispatch documents in English
• Experience in preparing and completing documents in English as required for dispatching
• Microsoft Suite experience required
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Must be a “US Person” (i.e. US Citizen or Permanent Resident) to ensure Vaupell's compliance with ITAR (International Traffic in Arms Regulations) and EAR (Export Administration Regulations)

Nice To Haves

• Previous forklift experience preferred

Responsibilities
