About The Position
Cosentino is seeking a 3rd Shift Warehouse Worker for its Natural Stone Slab Yard in Rincon, Georgia. The role supports warehouse efficiency and customer satisfaction by preparing merchandise, receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, loading and unloading trucks and containers, and organizing, staging, and preparing finished products for shipping. The worker is responsible for the effective distribution of Cosentino products and will work across Manufacturing, Production, and Distribution functions. Duties may evolve according to business needs, and additional duties may be assigned without prior notice or consent. Requirements
- At least 2 years of warehouse experience.
- At least 2 years of experience operating warehouse equipment, such as cranes, overhead cranes, or forklifts.
- Ability to carry and lift up to 80 pounds.
- Ability to stand for 8 hours or more per day.
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Load and unload product for trucks, flatbeds, or containers.
- Move product within the warehouse using a forklift or overhead crane.
- Prepare metal A-frame return shipments.
- Repair or rebuild wooden A-frames for less-than-truckload (LTL) shipments.
- Move waste from containers to dumpsters.
- Review incoming and outgoing products for damage and report issues for quality-control purposes.
- Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and Job Safety Analysis (JSAs).
- Clean and maintain a safe working area and follow health and safety processes and procedures.
