About The Position

The Warehouse Worker is responsible for warehousing duties including the physical handling of product, materials, supplies, and equipment. This role involves operating industrial powered equipment, receiving and processing inbound loads, managing inventory counts, restocking products, performing general maintenance on equipment, and maintaining an orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements. The position also ensures compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures, and may require filling in for other warehouse positions as needed.

Requirements

A minimum of one year of work experience is required.
Must be 18 years of age and legally eligible to work.
Ability to obtain PIT (Powered Industrial Truck) certification upon hire is required.

Nice To Haves

High School Diploma or GED preferred.
Prior experience in warehouse or inventory preferred.
Prior experience using forklift and powered rider pallet jack preferred.

Responsibilities

Operate industrial powered equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts.
Receive and process inbound loads.
Count inventory and process breakage, damage, and loss (BD&L) for daily inventory counts.
Manually restock and replenish product and materials, ensuring date code accuracy and proper rotation.
Perform general maintenance on equipment.
Maintain orderly and clean work area in compliance with company safety and sanitation requirements.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies and procedures.
Fill in for other warehouse positions as needed.
