About The Position

Johnson Brothers of Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated, detail-oriented Warehouse Worker for its wine and spirits distribution operation. The role involves receiving, storing, replenishing, and selecting alcoholic beverage products in a fast-paced warehouse while maintaining accurate inventory and product quality. The worker uses scanning devices and warehouse systems, operates manual and powered equipment, and follows safety, cleanliness, and industry compliance procedures. The position is full-time, with a day shift schedule Monday through Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., and pays $19.00 per hour.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old.
Ability to operate scanning devices.
Ability to work independently, manage oneself, and stay motivated to meet deadlines.
Ability to repeatedly lift 40–60 lbs.
High school diploma or GED, or equivalent experience.

Nice To Haves

Two or more years of experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

Receive supplier products and verify incoming inventory using scanning devices.
Put away inbound pallets in racked and bulk locations.
Replenish product locations for selection.
Use the Warehouse Management System barcode scanning system to account for and locate products accurately.
Remove damaged products from inventory and handle them according to procedures.
Safely operate and use manual and powered equipment.
Complete the forklift certification program.
Select orders according to standard processes.
Follow safety and cleanliness protocols.
Perform other warehouse duties and activities as assigned.
