A culture where great ideas thrive because every voice is heard. As a Warehouse Worker with John Deere in Dallas, TX you will work in a warehouse environment focused on safety, quality, and teamwork. The warehouse is not climate controlled. You will efficiently pick and sort parts within the warehouse, as well as prepare parts for shipment. You will operate power driven equipment such as forklifts and industrial trucks to move material, parts, and equipment. You will read and comprehend work instructions and follow established procedures. You will also assist and support other team members, clean your work area, and perform other miscellaneous duties inherent to the job.

Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D., National Career Readiness Certificate (NCRC), or at least 3 years of manufacturing or warehouse work experience.
  • Ability to perform manual tasks related to described job duties for duration of work shift; including but not limited to frequent standing, walking, bending, and lifting (up to 50 lbs.).
  • Ability and willingness to work 2nd shift potential overtime (including weekends).

Nice To Haves

  • At least 1 year of prior warehouse work experience (including forklift operation).
