About The Position

As Warehouse Personnel, your primary responsibilities will involve the efficient and accurate storage of incoming inventory, picking orders, and the maintenance of warehouse cleanliness and organization. You'll ensure all products are put away correctly, contributing to a safe, tidy, and accessible work environment for the entire team. This role is full-time and requires availability for weekends as the store is open 7 days a week.

Requirements

Good organizational and time management skills.
Applicants must have a good safety performance to be considered.
This position is physically demanding, candidates must be able to lift upwards of 50 lbs. safely.
Attention to detail and accuracy is critical.
Ability to lift 25-50 lbs.
Must be able to pass an Alcohol and Drug test.
Strong communication and decision-making skills coupled with a professional demeanor.
Self-directed yet able to work well in a team environment.
Strong analytical and process skills.
Excellent oral and written communication skills, plus a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in a warehouse environment (shipping, receiving, inventory, and/or transportation) or related field is an asset.
Experience and/or knowledge of the automotive industry is an asset.
A drivers license is not required but considered an asset.
A fork lift ticket is considered an asset.

Responsibilities

Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization.
Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulations.
General cleaning of warehouse, put away stock, and take direction from management on any assistance/jobs required along with the other duties as necessary.
Ensure all products are put away correctly.
Contribute to a safe, tidy, and accessible work environment for the entire team.
