Warehouse Worker
About The Position
We are looking for a Warehouse Worker to join our dynamic team at our modern, brand new facility in Fairview, Pennsylvania. In this role, you will play a vital part in continuing the successful rollout of this new location. You’ll help keep our facility running smoothly, efficiently, and safely. You’ll be responsible for a variety of warehouse duties, including loading and unloading trucks, inventory management, and preparing shipments, while also operating forklifts and other equipment to support daily operations. Success in this role requires more than technical skill: we’re looking for someone who can take direction, learn quickly, and hold themselves accountable while contributing to a supportive, hard-working team. Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous warehouse and shipping experience.
- Must possess a valid driver's license.
- Ability to effectively communicate with coworkers and supervisors.
- Ability to effectively work independently and collaboratively
Responsibilities
- Proficient at completing all necessary documents required for unloading and loading of trucks.
- Accurately receive purchase orders and complete required documentation.
- Accurately use the “put-a-way” process.
- Print orders and pick lists.
- Assist with inventory and cycle counts.
- Print, pick, and ship transfers.
- Accurately pick and prepare products for outgoing shipments to include LTL, small parcel, routes, and customer pick-ups.
- Accurately “ship confirm” and prepare all necessary documents required for outbound orders.
- Assist in keeping the facility clean and orderly, including sweeping and dusting.
- Operate all onsite forklifts that could include turret truck, order picker, deep reach, counterbalance, and pallet jack.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
