About The Position

Penske Logistics is hiring warehouse associates to join its team. The role involves safely handling, sorting, staging, loading, unloading, scanning, and moving products and materials in a warehouse. Associates may operate electric pallet jacks as needed and are expected to maintain a clean, safe work area. Work is in non-climate-controlled conditions, and the position is designated safety-sensitive, requiring constant alertness and responsibility for personal and team safety.

The schedule offers three options: first shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; second shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; or third shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Weekends and overtime may be required. The base pay is $21.22 per hour, with a $0.20-per-hour differential for second shift and a $0.25-per-hour differential for third shift.

Requirements

• No prior warehouse experience is required.
• Proficient reading skills and the ability to follow directions.
• Ability to work independently, provide customer service, and deal with others.
• Multitasking, organizational, flexibility, numerical, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work in non-climate-controlled conditions.
• Regular, predictable, full attendance.
• Willingness to work the required schedule at the specified location.
• Ability to accept responsibility for personal safety and the safety of others.
• Complete a Penske employment application and submit to a background investigation, including past employment, education, and criminal history, and drug screening.
• Ability to remember and understand instructions, guidelines, and other information.
• Ability to see and verbally communicate; required vision includes close, distance, peripheral, and depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Ability to move frequently and to stand, walk, sit, use hands to touch, handle, and feel, and reach with hands and arms.
• Ability to regularly lift and/or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally up to 100 pounds.

Responsibilities
