About The Position

Penske Logistics is seeking warehouse associates to join its team. The role involves safely staging and sorting products, loading and unloading trailers, organizing parts and materials, maintaining a clean work area, and scanning freight or parts. Associates may operate electric pallet jacks as needed. The position is safety-sensitive and requires alertness and responsibility for personal and team safety. Work takes place in non-climate-controlled conditions. No prior warehouse experience is required, though it is preferred. Available schedules are 1st shift, Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m.–3:30 p.m.; 2nd shift, Monday–Friday, 3:00 p.m.–11:30 p.m.; and 3rd shift, Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m. Weekends and overtime may be required. Base pay is $21.22 per hour, with a $0.20 differential for 2nd shift and a $0.25 differential for 3rd shift. Candidates must be able to follow directions, work independently and with others, manage multiple tasks, and meet the physical demands of the job. Regular, predictable, full attendance is essential. Applicants must be willing to work the required schedule and location and complete an employment application, background investigation, and drug screening.

Requirements
