About The Position

Under direct supervision, the Warehouse Associate Il Sandblaster operates power equipment, and performs a variety of tasks under direct supervision. Perform quality checks as needed and properly record results if necessary. Alert Supervisor of any quality problems, part shortages, machine breakdowns or any other situations.

Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and job orders
Maintain accurate records of production
Perform regular quality control checks

Responsibilities

Operate sandblast equipment to prepare surfaces for coating or other treatments
Set up and adjust sandblasting equipment and machinery to ensure proper and efficient operation
Follow safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
Maintain equipment and machinery in good working order and report any issues or problems to management
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics and job orders to determine the required specifications and processes
Maintain accurate records of production, including the type and amount of materials used, and any issues or deviations from standard procedures
Perform regular quality control checks to ensure the finished product meets required specifications and standards
