Warehouse Worker Lead
About The Position
The Warehouse Worker Lead checks built loads for accuracy, loads and unloads trucks, and may use a propane or battery-operated forklift and/or pallet jack to move product in and out of the warehouse. The role may also involve general warehouse housekeeping and other assigned duties. The Lead directs the daily workflow of a team. This is a full-time position in Irving, Texas, scheduled Monday through Friday starting at 1:00 PM and continuing until finished. Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed is required. The role is active and may involve spending most of the shift lifting, pushing, and pulling product cases in multi-temperature environments, including hot or cool conditions.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of warehouse experience.
- Ability to work while standing, pushing, pulling, bending, twisting, kneeling, and lifting for the entire shift.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds throughout the entire shift, from floor to overhead.
- Ability to hand shrink-wrap pallets of completed orders.
- Ability to work in multi-temperature environments, including hot or cool conditions.
- Flexibility to work overtime and weekends as needed.
Nice To Haves
- High school diploma or general equivalency diploma (GED) preferred.
Responsibilities
