Global Distribution - Warehouse Worker Lead
About The Position
This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all God's Children, supporting the mission of the Church. The incumbent in this position works as a warehousing lead and provides lead direction to a minimum of 3-5 employees, missionaries, or volunteers in a specific warehousing function such as receiving, shipping, international shipping, and so on. As a lead, the incumbent performs all the functions of a Warehouse Worker 2, in receiving, stores, and/or shipping functions. The incumbent takes the lead in interviewing applicants to fill vacancies, handles minor disciplinary problems, and assists in performance evaluations of employees. Requirements
- Must be a member of the Church and worthy of a temple recommend.
- Ability to provide lead direction to a team.
- Proficiency in warehousing functions such as receiving, storing, and shipping.
- Experience in interviewing applicants.
- Ability to handle minor disciplinary issues.
- Experience assisting with performance evaluations.
