About The Position

This position helps make gospel teachings, resources, or services accessible to all God's Children, supporting the mission of the Church. The incumbent in this position works as a warehousing lead and provides lead direction to a minimum of 3-5 employees, missionaries, or volunteers in a specific warehousing function such as receiving, shipping, international shipping, and so on. As a lead, the incumbent performs all the functions of a Warehouse Worker 2, in receiving, stores, and/or shipping functions. The incumbent takes the lead in interviewing applicants to fill vacancies, handles minor disciplinary problems, and assists in performance evaluations of employees. Requirements

  • Must be a member of the Church and worthy of a temple recommend.
  • Ability to provide lead direction to a team.
  • Proficiency in warehousing functions such as receiving, storing, and shipping.
  • Experience in interviewing applicants.
  • Ability to handle minor disciplinary issues.
  • Experience assisting with performance evaluations.
