About The Position

H.B. Fuller is seeking a Warehouse Operator to support safe, efficient, and accurate warehouse operations. The role is responsible for receiving, storing, moving, and shipping materials while maintaining inventory accuracy and following company procedures. It contributes to product quality, workplace safety, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to communicate effectively in writing and verbally.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and perform standing, walking, bending, and stair-climbing duties.

Nice To Haves

• At least 1 year of warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing experience.
• Forklift operation experience or certification.
• Experience with ERP systems and inventory transactions.
• Knowledge of inventory control and stock rotation procedures.

Responsibilities

• Follow safety procedures, work instructions, and company policies.
• Receive, unload, load, and move materials using FIFO inventory practices.
• Collect raw material samples for Quality Control when required.
• Store products according to established procedures and safety standards.
• Report non-conforming materials or products to the supervisor.
• Prepare and stage customer orders accurately and on schedule.
• Complete, maintain, and file required documentation accurately.
• Inspect equipment, perform daily forklift checks, and maintain a clean work area.
