About The Position

Coleto Brands, parent Company of Progress Lighting and Kichler, is seeking to fill a Warehouse Worker I position at our Braselton, GA location for 1st Shift (7:00AM – 3:30PM), Monday through Friday, overtime as needed. The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, and experienced in operating powered industrial trucks (PIT), including order pickers, reach trucks, and walkie rider pallet trucks. Requirements

  • High school diploma/GED is required
  • 1-2 years’ experience in warehouse operations
  • Forklift experience required
  • Proven ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team
  • Flexible and responsive to shifting priorities and organizational needs
  • Physical capability to lift, up to 50 lbs and remain on feet for extended periods

Nice To Haves

  • Certification in Powered Industrial Truck operation preferred

Responsibilities

  • Accurately and efficiently perform picking, packing, and receiving tasks
  • Safely operate PIT equipment to move materials and products
  • Unload, sort, and palletize inbound product from containers and/or trailers
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area through the 5s methodology
  • Perform daily cycle counting
  • Sort, organize and build pallets
  • Restocking/Stocking
  • Additional duties as assigned
