About The Position

Clean Harbors is seeking a Facility Technician I to perform hands-on operations. The role is described as an opportunity for college students or recent high school graduates to gain work experience. Clean Harbors provides environmental, energy, and industrial services throughout the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• At least 1 year of related experience.
• Ability to use a computer.
• Ability to lift 50 or more pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Forklift experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Follow health and safety policies and processes, making safety the top priority at all times.
• Perform daily drum pumping, drum dumping, tank farm operations, and truck offloading tasks.
• Complete and submit required paperwork for waste-tracking movements and use a scanning application.
• Perform other duties and tasks assigned by management.
