About The Position

We are a family oriented and trusted provider of industrial rubber products for over 47 years. We are committed to quality, precision, and customer satisfaction. We’re looking for a reliable and skilled Warehouse Worker to join our team and support our production and delivery operations. This role involves hands-on fabrication, assembly, and warehouse duties. The ideal candidate will have experience with rubber hose assembly, gasket cutting, and operating various shop equipment. A valid driver’s license is required for occasional delivery support.

Requirements

  • Mechanical aptitude and ability to operate shop equipment.
  • Valid driver’s license with clean driving record.
  • Ability to lift up to 40 lbs. and work on your feet for extended periods.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
  • Knowledge of MS office and computers.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in hose assembly and gasket fabrication preferred.
  • Forklift certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Perform daily preventive maintenance on presses to ensure optimal operation.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and functional work area.
  • Review work orders thoroughly to understand job requirements.
  • Prepare items and materials for gasket fabrication and hose assembly.
  • Clean components according to specific procedures.
  • Assemble customer orders from stock and organize delivery.
  • Inspect materials and products for defects, finish, grade, and dimensional accuracy.
  • Operate presses, knife table, waterjet, banding, and crimping machines.
  • Fabricate gaskets per work order specifications.
  • Assemble and test hoses for quality assurance.
  • Operate forklifts safely within the warehouse.
  • Ensure completed work orders are signed, quality-checked, and material usage is documented before submission.
  • Return unused or completed products to proper inventory locations.
  • Assist delivery driver with loading/unloading trucks as needed.
  • Perform miscellaneous tasks assigned by the Shop Supervisor.
  • Support physical inventory counts and receiving operations.
  • Record quantities of materials/items received or distributed.
  • Sort and place materials/items on racks, shelves, or bins in proper sequence.
