About The Position

Exact Dispensing, part of TASI Measurement, designs, builds, and services resin dispensing systems for the automotive, electrical device, medical, and composite industries. We have been in business for over 40 years. We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Fabrication/Assembly Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for welding, fabrication, machine assembly, and other similar tasks as directed.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in mechanical assembly or fabrication
Proficiency in TIG and MIG welding (steel and aluminum)
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Familiarity with basic hand and power tools (e.g., screwdrivers, wrenches, drills)
Basic computer skills, ability to follow digital work instructions, and knowledge of multimeters

Nice To Haves

Technical or Trade school
Experience with calibration or testing of mechanical systems preferred

Responsibilities

Assemble mechanical and electromechanical systems according to engineering drawings and production documentation.
Perform TIG and MIG welding on steel and aluminum components.
Fabricate parts and subassemblies using hand and power tools.
Conduct pipe fitting and valve installation.
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
Assist with troubleshooting and repair of returned products.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
