About The Position

VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation are seeking a General Warehouse and Delivery Driver to support current warehouse staff and ensure customer needs are met. This role is crucial for maintaining customer satisfaction and loyalty. The position involves assisting with inventory management, serving walk-in customers, developing product knowledge, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

At least one year of related warehouse experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to drive a pickup truck and pull and back a trailer (No CDL required).
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel.
Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and disciplined.
Desire to learn and build personal skill-set.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Oil and Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory management.

Complete quotations.

Check in materials and match purchase orders with received items.
Pull parts for production.
Assist with deliveries when needed.
Ensure items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to part numbers.
Handle packing activities such as putting items in boxes or crates and labeling them properly.
Ensure constant cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse.
Respond to and deal with customer communication in person, by email, and phone.
Assist in conducting physical inventory counts.
