About The Position

VanZandt Controls and Eagle Automation are seeking a General Warehouse and Delivery Driver to support their warehouse staff and ensure customer needs are met. This role involves assisting with inventory management, interacting with walk-in customers, demonstrating product knowledge, and prioritizing customer satisfaction. Requirements

At least one year of related warehouse experience.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to drive a pickup truck and pull and back a trailer (No CDL required).
Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word and Excel.
Experience with Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Highly organized and disciplined.
Desire to learn and build personal skill-set.
Ability to communicate effectively.
Able to learn new products/applications and procedures.

Nice To Haves

Experience in the Oil and Gas or Electrical/Automation industries is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with inventory management.
Interact with walk-in customers.
Demonstrate product knowledge.
Ensure customer satisfaction.
Support the sales team to procure equipment/supplies.
Complete quotations and maintain records of activities using Enterprise and Contact Relationship Management software.
Check in materials and match purchase orders with received items.
Pull parts for production.
Assist with deliveries when needed.
Ensure items are appropriately placed on shelves and racks according to part numbers.
Handle packing activities such as putting items in boxes or crates and labeling them properly.
Ensure constant cleanliness and maintenance of the warehouse.
Respond to and deal with customer communication in person, by email, and phone.
Assist in conducting physical inventory counts.
