About The Position

Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate for their Columbia, SC location. This role is physically demanding, involving consistent heavy lifting (50-75 lbs) in a non-climate controlled environment. The ideal candidate is a hard worker, comfortable with heavy lifting, customer-focused, a team player, and looking for long-term employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old
• Valid driver’s license with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that meets Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (50-75lb)
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers
• Provide excellent customer service
• Make deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control
