About The Position

At Amarr, part of ASSA ABLOY - the global leader in opening solutions, we strive to be the best. We have a warehouse associate opening in Orlando, FL and are looking for the best to join our team. This is a physically demanding job with consistent heavy lifting in a non-climate controlled environment. We are looking for someone who is a motivated, hard worker, not afraid of heavy lifting, treats customers with respect, believes in teamwork, and is looking for long-term employment.

Requirements

• Must be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license, with at least one year of driving experience
• Requires heavy repetitive lifting (50-75lb) and constant movement
• Must be able to pass all DOT requirements, including physical, background screening, and a MVR that must meet Amarr driver standards
• Must be able to read and speak English per DOT guidelines
• Demonstrated history of steady employment

Responsibilities

• Unload and inspect incoming product (this can be between 50-75lb) mostly by hand
• Pull, stage, and load product for customers, while providing excellent service
• Provide deliveries in a 26’ box truck as needed
• Assist with inventory and damage control
