About The Position

The Warehouse and Driver positions are responsible for ensuring that material is readily available to send to customers. These positions must accurately and safely receive and store materials, as well as picking and packing orders for pickup and delivery to customers, maintaining Coburn’s exceptional standard of customer service. This is a Non-CDL position. Coburn Supply Company, Inc. (Coburn's) operates locations in Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Tennessee and Alabama serving the needs of the construction industry. Operating with three Central Distribution Centers in Texas, Louisiana, and Mississippi enables the company to offer faster and more efficient service to our customers. Our customers include plumbing, heating and air conditioning, mechanical, municipal and utility, and general contractors, as well as home builders and re-modelers. Coburn's kitchen and bath showroom locations feature displays of a variety of quality plumbing products and accessories for the kitchen and bath. Requirements

High School diploma or equivalent.
1 year of experience in related industry.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to read a map and/or follow written directions.
Must be able to lift, push or pull up to 50 lbs.
Must have physical mobility and dexterity to frequently stand, bend, push, twist, kneel, climb, squat, stoop, and reach overhead.
Considerable mental/visual concentration, coordinating manual dexterity with mental/visual attention.
Must wear closed-toe shoes, gloves, and other protective items as required.
A consistent presence at work is required.
Must pass company-required drug screen and physical.
Must maintain a valid driver’s license.
Minimum age of 21 years old for Non-CDL Drivers.
Minimum age of 18 years old to operate a forklift.
Successfully complete Coburn’s Forklift Operator Certification.
