About The Position

Join Staples’ World Class Supply Chain Team to help deliver essential products to customers. Warehouse associates may work in one of four areas—Order Picker, Restocker, Bulk Selector, or Custodian—and may be moved among these roles as needed. The role is essential to Staples Supply Chain operations and requires following safety procedures and embracing the company’s safety culture. Order Pickers accurately and promptly pick and prepare customer orders to meet daily production goals, sometimes working above ground level. Restockers scan labels, cut boxes, and replenish shelves to prepare work areas for the next shift. Bulk Selectors select products, pull and pack totes, cut merchandise cases and/or stock products, and move full totes and cases onto a conveyor belt. Custodians perform general cleaning and basic maintenance inside and outside the facility, including cleaning and sanitizing restrooms, vacuuming, spot-cleaning carpets, sweeping and mopping floors, cleaning and dusting furniture and partition walls, cleaning windows and brass, and removing warehouse trash. The scheduled shift is 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Full-time associates must be able to work additional hours beyond their scheduled shift; overtime may be required based on business needs.
