About The Position

The Warehouse Variety Pack Supervisor will manage all aspects of the Variety Pack operation. This includes ensuring the efficient operation and scheduling of production lines, supervising all employees, overseeing order fulfillment, and maintaining safety and training standards.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years Supervisory and Warehouse experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs. or more
Ability to prioritize objectives while being hands-on to ensure the job is done
Proficient in Word/Excel, BPCS/ERPLX

Responsibilities

Oversee daily product movement of raw materials, components, and finished product in all buildings.
Perform daily cycle counting, including physical counts, updating spreadsheets, analyzing variances, and performing recounts as necessary.
Collaborate with partners (Captec) to resolve issues as they arise.
Work with QC to verify correct data and ensure product meets standards.
Ensure the warehouse is clean and prepared for the next shift.
Understand and communicate 'Item Shipping Status' and its impact on loading to employees.
Manage production for all lines.
Provide direct supervision of operators and foremen.
Staff production positions.
Adhere to all company guidelines for safety and manufacturing.
Possess the technical ability to understand all equipment and assist Maintenance staff with necessary repairs for continuous production.
Communicate effectively with Customer Service, Plant Manager, Warehouse, and Distribution personnel to ensure flawless customer fulfillment.
Train all personnel on job and safety requirements.
Assist with year-end inventory.
Understand and uphold the company's commitment to food safety, quality, and continuous improvement as outlined in the Adirondack Beverages Safety and Quality Policy.
Understand and follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and ensure employee compliance.
Be responsible for Food Safety and Food Quality.
