About The Position

Under the direction of lead and supervisor, our repack line operators work within our facility alongside other team members to safely and efficiently operate equipment to produce beverage products for the consumer.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Requires consistently being on time and having good attendance is expected
  • Flexibility to assist where needed, whether this be on assigned line or machine or another machine
  • Must be able to stand for entire shift minus breaks
  • Regularly lift and/or move up to 30 lbs or as specifically required for position
  • Occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 lbs or as specifically required for position
  • Specific vision abilities required by this job include distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision and depth perception
  • Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle or feel; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear
  • Regularly required to climb or balance
  • Occasionally required to sit and stoop, kneel, crouch or crawl
  • High speed pace; feeding machine material every 90 seconds
  • Machines linked to each other so must work together to keep line running
  • Must be able to frequently lift 30 lbs of materials at a time
  • Must be able to adjust 175 lb reels of film on roller
  • On occasion, must bend all the materials to accommodate machine
  • Mechanically inclined since this machine is the most mechanical of our machines
