About The Position

We are hiring motivated individuals for a fast-paced warehouse unloading position. This is a manual labor / lumper role unloading freight trailers by hand. Employees work in teams to unload a variety of freight including: Tools, Yard equipment, Outdoor products, General warehouse freight. No forklifts involved — this is a highly physical position requiring consistent lifting, movement, and teamwork throughout the shift.

Requirements

• Must be able to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly
• Reliable transportation required
• Ability to work long shifts on your feet

Nice To Haves

• Warehouse or lumping experience preferred but not required
• Strong work ethic and dependable attendance
• Weekend availability preferred

Responsibilities

• Hand unload trailers safely and efficiently
• Sort and organize freight inside warehouse
• Work in a team production environment
• Maintain speed, accuracy, and safety standards
• Perform repetitive lifting, pushing, and pulling
