About The Position

G&C Food Distributors is a re-distributor of refrigerated, frozen, and dry food, storing and delivering over 4,000 food items to customers across 27 states and 35 countries. As a rapidly expanding organization, G&C Foods is seeking a Warehouse Unloader to join their team. This position is ideal for individuals who thrive in fast-paced, competitive environments.

Requirements

Operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT)

Responsibilities

Operate a double pallet jack.
Unload trailers.
Break down products according to business needs.
Prepare products for shipment.
Cross-train in selection.
Operation of a powered industrial truck (PIT).
Unload all incoming products, including floor-loaded products.
Palletize product (stack on pallets) according to weight and product type.
Re-throw pallets when product is damaged. Re-palletize product on good pallets.
Break down and separate pallets when they are too high or of mixed product types.
Run palletized product into freezer or cooler for storage.
Additional duties as assigned.
