About The Position
Capstone is hiring Warehouse Unloaders to work in a dry dock warehouse, unloading freight from shipping containers by hand. This is a hands-on position that keeps you moving throughout the shift. If you enjoy working with a team, staying active, and taking pride in a job well done, this could be a great opportunity for you.
Requirements
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding warehouse environment.
- Comfortable lifting and carrying products weighing approximately 25–75 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive lifting throughout the shift.
- Dependable attendance and a willingness to work as part of a team.
- Willingness to learn and follow safety procedures.
Nice To Haves
- Previous warehouse experience is helpful but not required.
Responsibilities
- Unload products from shipping containers by hand.
- Move, stack, and organize freight according to warehouse procedures.
- Maintain a steady work pace while meeting productivity and safety expectations.
- Work with team members to complete daily unloading assignments.
- Follow proper lifting techniques and warehouse safety guidelines.
- Perform additional warehouse duties as directed by site leadership.
