About The Position

Capstone is looking for dependable Warehouse Unloaders to join their Fulton team. This is an active, physical position where you'll play an important role in getting incoming freight off trailers, organized, and ready to move through the warehouse. Every shift is different, but the goal is always the same: work safely, work efficiently, and keep product moving. If you like staying busy, working with your hands, and being part of a team that gets results, this could be a strong opportunity for you.

Requirements

• Ability to lift and carry freight weighing approximately 25–75 lbs.
• Comfortable standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive physical tasks
• Able to work in a fast-paced warehouse environment
• Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
• Willingness to follow safety and productivity standards
• Ability to work cooperatively with teammates and supervisors

Nice To Haves

• Previous warehouse or material-handling experience is helpful
• Training is provided for qualified candidates who are new to warehouse work

Responsibilities

• Unloading freight from trailers and moving product into the warehouse
• Sorting and organizing incoming merchandise
• Building, stacking, and securing pallets
• Moving freight throughout the facility as needed
• Checking products and quantities for accuracy
• Repacking or reorganizing freight when necessary
• Helping maintain a clean and orderly work area
• Following all warehouse safety procedures and proper material-handling practices
• Taking on additional tasks as operational needs change
