About The Position
Penske Logistics is hosting a Multi-Product Career Event in Dallas, TX to connect experienced operations and transportation professionals with leadership opportunities across their growing network. This event is designed for leaders who are passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and creating a safe, high-performing work environment. Attendees will support candidates screening, answer questions and share insights about Penske to help deliver a strong candidate experience.
Requirements
- Leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related operations environments preferred.
- Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly and/or salaried employees.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proven ability to drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Highschool Diploma Required
- Ability to regularly walk warehouse and transportation operations facilities.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds.
- Ability to work in various warehouse and outdoor transportation environments as business needs require.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with inventory management, transportation operations, route planning, fleet operations, or distribution center processes is preferred.
- Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse or transportation management systems preferred.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
