About The Position

Penske Logistics is hosting a Multi-Product Career Event in Dallas, TX, to connect experienced operations and transportation professionals with leadership opportunities. This event is designed for leaders passionate about developing teams, driving operational excellence, improving customer satisfaction, and creating a safe, high-performing work environment. Attendees will support candidate screening, answer questions, and share insights about Penske to ensure a strong candidate experience. The event will take place on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, from 8:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. CT at the Hilton DFW Lakes Executive Conference Center, 1800 Hwy. 26E, Grapevine, TX 76051. Leadership opportunities include Operations Supervisor, Inventory Operations Supervisor, Senior Operations Supervisor, and Operations Manager. Multiple schedules are available with competitive pay.

Requirements

  • Highschool Diploma Required
  • Leadership experience in warehouse, distribution, logistics, transportation, supply chain, or related operations environments preferred.
  • Experience leading, coaching, and developing hourly and/or salaried employees.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Proven ability to drive operational performance, productivity, quality, and customer satisfaction.
  • Experience with inventory management, transportation operations, route planning, fleet operations, or distribution center processes is preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office and warehouse or transportation management systems preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, Transportation, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
