About The Position

The Warehouse Trainer & Audit Associate plays a dual, critical role in driving operational excellence. As an expert in warehouse operations, this position is responsible for training and developing hourly employees (both new hires and tenured staff) while rigorously auditing inventory, orders, and operational processes for quality and accuracy. By identifying error trends and gaps during audits, this role directly informs training initiatives—ensuring safety compliance, process accuracy, and peak performance across the facility.

Requirements

  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Comprehend and follow work instructions to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Possess time management and organizational skills
  • Working knowledge of warehouse equipment (i.e. forklift, pallet jack, cherry picker)
  • Able to multi-task and prioritize effectively in a team environment
  • Able to work with minimal supervision
  • Able to keep confidential information private
  • Maintain acceptable attendance and must be able to work overtime as required

Nice To Haves

  • High school degree or GED a plus
  • Bi-lingual preferred

Responsibilities

  • Conduct individual and group training sessions, cross-training, re-training, and PIT certifications/evaluations following SOPs and work instructions.
  • Assist with new hire orientation, onboarding, and safety compliance.
  • Monitor, document, and report on training progress, productivity, and accuracy for new hires.
  • Work closely with operational leadership to identify areas where targeted training can elevate team performance and work quality.
  • Perform inbound and outbound audits to verify order accuracy, garment SKUs, sizes, colors, quantities, and locations against system records.
  • Inspect garments for defects, damage, incorrect labeling, or processing errors.
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies, document findings, and report error trends or process issues to leads and supervisors.
  • Maintain quality standards and ensure departmental compliance with established SOPs and safety procedures.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while promoting a respectful, collaborative team culture.
  • Operate department-specific technology (RF scanners, desktop computers, touchscreens) and warehouse equipment safely.
  • Perform other operational duties as assigned by leadership.
