About The Position

Maine Beer Company is hiring a full-time Warehouse Technician based primarily in Yarmouth and Freeport, Maine, with occasional work at its Westbrook warehouse. The position requires at least 40 hours per week and offers an approximate pay range of $28.00–$30.00 per hour. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, and abilities.

The Warehouse Technician supports logistics operations by transporting materials and finished goods between company locations, managing packaging-material shipments, keeping packaging lines supplied, maintaining inventory, and assisting warehouse and brewery dock operations as needed. The role requires a Class B CDL with an air brake endorsement, forklift proficiency, and the ability to perform physically demanding warehouse work. Requirements

• Class B CDL with air brake endorsement.
• Proficiency with forklifts and similar equipment in tight spaces.

• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules.
• Ability to lift up to 60 lbs to waist height and 25 lbs to shoulder height repetitively, bend and crouch, and remain on your feet for extended periods daily.

Responsibilities

• Safely transport raw materials and finished goods between the Westbrook and Yarmouth warehouses and the Freeport brewery.
• Receive and manage shipments of packaging materials, including kegs, bottles, and boxes.
• Communicate with the packaging team to ensure materials are transferred to the brewery as needed.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment.
• Keep accurate inventory using EKOS brewery software.
• Support Freeport brewery dock operations when needed.
• Support Westbrook warehouse distribution and trucking operations when required.
• Conduct inventory checks and follow First-In-First-Out (FIFO) practices.
• Perform daily warehouse maintenance and cleaning tasks.
• Uphold safety standards and follow SOPs in all areas.
