About The Position

Trane Technologies is hiring a Warehouse Technician to support warehouse operations and help meet customer needs. This is an on-site role, five days per week, working a day (first) shift, Monday through Friday, with occasional Saturdays. The technician coordinates shipments, manages inventory, handles freight with power industrial vehicles, and maintains work equipment and supplies. The role may require overtime, weekend work, and on-call shifts. It is designated as safety-sensitive and may require additional drug screening.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous warehouse and power industrial vehicle experience, such as forklift experience.
• Commitment to safety and use of appropriate resources to perform job functions safely.
• Excellent planning and organizational skills.
• Ability to follow through on commitments and details.
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Ability to work as a team player.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for warehouse movement and interactions with customers and local transportation providers.
• Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments and freight accurately.
• Stock and organize product inventory to support smooth warehouse operations.
• Load and unload freight using power industrial vehicles such as a forklift, and maintain work equipment.
• Maintain office and warehouse supplies needed for effective operations.
• Work overtime, weekends, and on-call shifts as required.
