About The Position

The Coca-Cola Company is seeking a Warehouse Operator to join their team. This role is crucial for maintaining product movement in and out of the distribution center. The Warehouse Operator will work in a fast-paced environment, handling products, managing inventory, and ensuring efficient operations. This is a physically demanding job that requires attention to detail and adherence to procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or GED equivalent.
Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Must possess Stand-up & Sit-Down forklift operator experience (will become certified before driving a lift truck).
Ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
Must offer flexibility to work 8-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, or other work schedules as determined by business need, including overtime as required.
Must be able to move materials weighing up to 60 lbs. 10 feet or more.
Must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis and must not require The Coca-Cola Company's sponsorship.

Responsibilities

Pick, pack, and ship customer orders in a timely manner.
Handle, record, and dispatch goods, including receiving incoming goods and checking for damage and discrepancies.
Operate a forklift to move freight into and out of the warehouse.
Load and unload freight.
Assist in controlling storage areas for packaging materials, ingredients, and finished product.
Schedule freight movements in cooperation with team leaders.
Assist with Inventory/Shipping and Plant Quality Assurance procedures.
Perform other duties related to Good Manufacturing Practices, shipping, receiving, and minor maintenance as required by the supervisor.
Ensure certification on the training plan for this position within 60 working days of start date.
