Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 3+ years of related warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Basic computer and inventory system skills.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions accurately.
- Forklift experience or willingness to become certified.
Nice To Haves
- Experience with inventory control and cycle counting.
- Familiarity with ERP or warehouse management systems.
- Knowledge of Lean, 5S, or continuous improvement practices.
- Experience in manufacturing, medical device, semiconductor, or related industries.
Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, stage, and fulfill customer orders accurately and efficiently.
- Package products according to quality and cleanliness standards.
- Inspect materials and products for quality and compliance.
- Receive, put away, and organize incoming inventory.
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain accuracy.
- Clean and prepare parts for shipment and production use.
- Load and unload deliveries safely and efficiently.
- Generate and maintain warehouse labels and identification systems.
- Research inventory and order activity using warehouse and ERP systems.
- Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives that make work safer, smarter, and more efficient.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safety-focused warehouse environment.
