Requirements

Minimum 1+ year of experience in warehousing, logistics, or distribution
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
A proactive, self-motivated, and team-oriented approach
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Problem-solving mindset with the ability to adapt to changing priorities
Knowledge of warehousing, logistics, and distribution practices
Valid driver’s license
Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain)

Nice To Haves

Experience with inventory or ERP systems is an asset
Training in warehousing, distribution, or TDG is an asset
Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered

Responsibilities

Demonstrate safety leadership by following all HSE policies and procedures
Receive and verify incoming shipments, ensuring accuracy against documentation
Pick, organize, and stage orders for technicians and customer deliveries
Prepare shipping documentation, including packing slips and required compliance paperwork
Support technicians with material identification, assembly, and loading
Maintain accurate inventory records within ERP systems
Organize and store products, parts, and supplies in designated warehouse locations
Assist with shipping, receiving, and inventory documentation and filing
Conduct cycle counts and support inventory control processes
Operate warehouse equipment in accordance with certifications and safety standards
Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient warehouse environment
