About The Position

This role involves supporting production lines by accurately pulling and logging parts, maintaining storage areas, and assisting with inventory management. The position requires significant physical activity, including extensive walking and lifting, and the ability to use computer systems for inventory tracking. The work environment includes both office and plant settings with varying conditions.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of related warehouse experience
• Ability to read, do math, understand and respond to written and verbal instructions for the purpose of safety, work instructions, policies, etc.
• Effective near vision or near vision accommodation is required
• Talking and hearing are required
• Minimal bending, stooping, walking, and stair climbing are required as is lifting items of moderate weight

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

• Pull parts accurately and log out of system in real time
• Supply parts to production lines
• Maintain parts storage areas in a near and orderly fashion
• Extensive walking throughout entire shift
• Ability to lift items up to 50 pounds
• Ability to use computer to issue parts out of the system and to the correct project
• Assist buyers/warehouse supervisor in all cycle counts as needed
• Work overtime as assigned
• Other duties as necessary
