About The Position

Eaton’s ES AMER ARS division is currently seeking a Experienced Warehouse Tech II to join our Fibrebond team in Minden, LA! This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, picking, and distributing materials, parts, and supplies to support warehouse and production operations. The Warehouse Technician ensures accurate inventory handling, timely material delivery, and safe operation of material-handling equipment while following Eaton’s safety, quality, and inventory control standards. Fibrebond, an Eaton company, designs and manufactures pre integrated modular buildings and power enclosures that protect mission critical equipment for data center, industrial, utility, and communications customers. Headquartered in Minden, Louisiana, Fibrebond is known for its engineered to order solutions that support complex infrastructure projects across North America. Requirements

  • High school diploma or GED from an accredited institution
  • Minimum of 6 months of inventory Control / Warehouse experience.
  • Forklift Experience and ability to successfully complete in‑house forklift training
  • Only candidates residing within the immediate area of the Minden, LA facility (50-mile radius) will be considered for this position. Active Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to 50 lbs. with or without reasonable accommodation.

  • Ability to work safely in environments with dust, fumes, grease, oil, temperature variations, and moving equipment
  • Required use of personal protective equipment (PPE), including steel‑toed shoes, hearing protection, and safety glasses
  • Ability to read, comprehend, and follow written instructions
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of trade secrets and proprietary information
  • Ability to use an RF Scanner
  • Basic math, computer, and communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Read and interpret MF and MFP work orders and related documentation
  • Stock, label, pick, and dispense materials according to bills of material
  • Deliver materials to production, installation areas, shipping, or corporate offices as requested
  • Operate forklifts and material‑handling equipment to load, unload, and transport materials
  • Receive and unload incoming shipments
  • Complete required inventory documentation and report shortages to the Warehouse Manager
  • Maintain accurate material flow between warehouse, production, and shipping areas
  • Assist with training of new warehouse personnel
  • Perform basic housekeeping to maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor
