About The Position

This warehouse role is responsible for checking in customer returns to accurately provide proper credit and ensure quality product is returned to stock. The position involves communicating discrepancies via computer system to other departments and preparing packages for return to vendors or customers.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Ability to lift 50-75 lbs.
• Basic computer and math skills required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
• Ability to work overtime as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Related picking/packing or general warehouse experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Checking in, processing & reporting out discrepancies Customer returns orders.
• Pulling, packing & processing Vendor return orders.
• Checking in & processing glove testing orders.
• Checking & creating a list of items that are good that don’t have an RGA list already.
• Packing & processing an order for return back to customer.
• May assist with cycle counting.
• Other related duties as assigned.
