Job Summary: The Warehouse Team Member is responsible for the efficient movement and storage of goods within a warehouse facility. Additional duties may include inventory management, maintaining a clean and safe work environment and operation warehouse equipment.
Requirements
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent organization skills and attention to details.
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
- At least two years of related experience required.
- Forklift operator certification required.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds at times.
- Must be able to navigate warehouse and reach items both high and low.
- Must be physically able to climb ladders, bend, crawl etc.
Responsibilities
- Organizing and store inventory in designated areas, maintain organized aisles and performing inventory counts as needed.
- Potentially operating vehicles like forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Maintaining a clean and safe work environment, adhering to safety protocols.
- Conducting routine safety checks and maintaining warehouse equipment like forklifts, and pallet jacks.
- Using computer systems to record inventory, track shipments, and manage order information consistently throughout the workday.
- Collaborating with other team members to meet production goals and maintain efficiency.
- Complete all other responsibilities and assignments as required to successfully achieve the goals and objectives of this position.
