About The Position

The Warehouse Team Member performs a variety of warehouse duties to ensure accurate and safe shipment of goods to and from customers. Duties may include forklift operation, inventory control, receiving, shipping, production or processing tasks, and maintaining records. The role also includes following approved procedures and safety precautions, maintaining a clean work area according to 5S standards, and participating in team meetings and training. Other duties may be assigned.

Responsibilities

• Unpack, repack, and place items.
• Use tools and visual aids to confirm quantities of freight being received and shipped.
• Operate a forklift and/or crane to load and unload goods.
• Operate other production or processing machines, such as a scan gun.
• Inspect products before shipping.
• Clean the work area according to 5S standards.
• Enter production data into basic spreadsheet systems.
• Follow approved procedures and precautions.
• Assist in providing a safe environment for all employees.
• Maintain paperwork for incoming and outgoing products.
• Participate in team meetings and training.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
