Warehouse Team Member
About The Position
We are seeking order fillers, shippers, receivers, forklift operators, and stockers for our distribution center in Montgomery, NY. This role offers opportunities for both full and part-time employment. You will have the chance to develop and grow your skill sets in various logistics and product fulfillment roles. We provide training and certification to safely operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks. The position offers weekly pay, day shift hours (Monday-Friday), a quarterly bonus, and generous company contributions toward retirement.
Requirements
- Ability to repeatedly lift items ranging from 40-45 lbs.
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 80-100 lbs.
- Ability to assist in team lifts.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, lift, carry, push, pull, and stoop.
- Ability to perform work at floor level, waist level, or above shoulders.
Responsibilities
- Operate powered equipment such as forklifts, tuggers, and powered pallet jacks.
- Fulfill orders.
- Ship products.
- Receive products.

- Wage dependent on experience, starting from $20.25 - $24.35 per hour with regular increases every 180 days
- Eligible team members have the opportunity to earn an additional $0.76 - $2.13 per hour with their quarterly performance bonus
