As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Dallas Distribution Center located in Hutchins, TX. Location: 1225 W Wintergreen Rd Hutchins, TX 75141 Schedule: Monday through Saturday from 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM until the work is done: 4 Day Workweek (4, 10-hour days) The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts Pay: Starting at $21.25 per hour

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent
Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
High School Diploma or GED
Proficient in English (reading, writing, and speaking): to safely follow verbal instructions, complete documentation and paperwork, and accurately interpret labels, pick lists, scanner prompts, signage, and company communications.

Nice To Haves

Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus

Responsibilities

You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.
Connecting with care with everyone you come in contact with.
Other duties and growth opportunities may also be assigned.
