About The Position

Illuminate USA is hiring a Warehouse Team Lead for its solar panel manufacturing facility in Pataskala, Ohio. The role guides warehouse associates, manages inventory activities, and helps ensure safety, accuracy, and efficiency across warehouse functions. The team lead supports receiving, put-away, picking, shipping, material staging, inventory control, and continuous improvement while coordinating with supervisors and other departments.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 5 years of warehouse experience, including time in a leadership or team support role.
Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS), inventory practices, and safety procedures.
Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Comfort working in a physically active, fast-paced environment.
Ability to lift, move, and handle materials as needed.

Responsibilities

Lead and support warehouse associates so daily tasks are completed safely and efficiently.
Monitor inventory movement and maintain accurate documentation using warehouse systems.
Support receiving, put-away, picking, and shipping operations.
Maintain FIFO product rotation and warehouse organization.
Assist with cycle counts, inventory audits, and investigations into discrepancies.
Train and guide new team members on warehouse procedures and safety practices.
Coordinate with supervisors and other departments to maintain smooth warehouse operations.
Contribute to continuous improvement efforts across warehouse processes.
Help ensure materials are staged and available on time for production needs.
Promote a clean, safe, and well-organized warehouse environment.
