About The Position

The Warehouse Team Lead needs to be able to coach Safety, quality and productivity to ensure objectives are met through following standardized work. Needs to be able to communicate and enforce company policies and procedures, conduct behavior-based safety observations and perform Toolbox talks to identify unsafe practices and areas of risk. The warehouse Team Lead needs to be able to plan, organize, direct, and run optimum day-to-day operations to exceed customers expectations and provide key input for performance ratings.

Requirements

• Attendance & good standing
• Strong team building, decision making and people management skills
• Ability to create accountability and to lead by example
• Proven ability to train other employees
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft office
• Strong Verbal and written communication skills
• Forklift experience

• Bilingual
• Experience with the RDS Scanning System

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate team activities including delegating work assignments
• Responsible for motivating associates to achieve goals that contribute to the growth of the company
• Ensure the Warehouse is running safely and smoothly
• Must understand the Quality and Environment Policies.
• Must be able to follow all EHS rules and regulations.
