About The Position

Spreetail propels brands to increase their ecommerce market share across the globe while improving their operational costs. We are looking for a Team Lead who will set and clarify departmental requirements and expectations while creating an environment of teamwork, collaboration, and open communication. This role involves recognizing, mentoring, and providing training and development to optimize performance, and create organizational depth and individual growth. The Team Lead will track production metrics, utilize data to develop strategies for continuous improvement, and report to management. They will also perform other duties as assigned, rotate to other shifts/departments, and work extended hours and holidays as needed, with an expectation to arrive at least 30 minutes early and remain at least 30 minutes at the end of the shift to complete pass downs, reports, and timecard review.

Requirements

• Team member experience in either Inbound or Outbound fulfillment operations
• Understand safety procedures, ensure safe working practices, and document accidents/incidents timely
• Drive results and approach obstacles proactively by prioritizing appropriately to meet deadlines
• Assist the fulfillment center manager and area manager with the establishment of long-term operational strategic plans
